TAVA company has been producing ceramics for three generations. In recent years, through the technical advice of oenologists and wine producers, TAVA has realized a range of amphoras for vinification and aging.
On the basis of the traditional production of amphoras in Italy, Spain and Georgia, the company has developed an amphora which, through new constructive solutions, ensures the ideal way in the oenological processes, in accordance with tradition.
The main thread of the entire project is to adapt the amphora to the several varieties of grapes and to the different wine-making practices. This must be achieved necessarily through a tight collaboration between cellars and the amphoras producer, that will be able this way to increasingly develop the best product.
