As wine vessels and amphoras producers, we have been certain since the beginning that the only possible approach to create products of high quality standards was to refer to cellarmen, oenologists, technicians, academicians. We have thus created a working group, which, together with laboratory tests and experimentation, contributes significantly to the development of our products.

Over recent years many dissertations on the different issues of amphoras designed for wine-making have been written, and more and more students have had the opportunity to contribute to the production of literature on this subject, thanks to the possibility to directly observe amphoras production's phases and experiences in the cellars. Each and every research on TAVA's amphoras is available at our offices for whomever is interested in having insights on these specific topics.
